Please make sure Java is installed on the computer you are using to access icontrol. To access icontrol, Java version 8 is recommended.

There has been a change in the licensing for Java required to access icontrol. To ensure continuity of service please install the approved version of Java provided below.

  1. Important: Delete any Java JRE or JDK on the test PC - Oracle, the Eclipse one from the other day, all of them have to go
  2. Download and install OpenWebStart from here Download -openwebstart.com
  3. Run the installer as usual
  4. Start the JNLP. OWS will now download a maintained and secure Java JRE (probably the Eclipse one again) and start the file - but with the OWS acting as Web Start.
